30 minutes, yes 30 minutes post-ordering to get food for 3 adults and two kids. And it was the same for every single customer there. Kitchen a disaster w no management or leadership. No apologies, no ‘here’s a cookie on us’, no acknowledgement. Avoid this Panera
Tasty food, clean interior, sparse staffing. The kitchen staff are great. It is a warm and fun atmosphere. I think Panera is going the route of more automation (read online ordering), which takes away from the “ordering-in”experience.
Nice place for coffee and snack. Never crowded in the mornings, it's good for early meetings.
I’ve never visited this place before new management took over but i must say i was blown away by level of service that was provided. The new assistant manager there truly takes her position seriously and is very accommodating. I felt welcome as soon as i was greeted almost immediately after walking through the door. I highly encourage you to give this place a (new) try and disregard the outdated reviews — highly recommend!
Food was cold and they do not have a microwave.
We went to get take out and it took forever even though there was maybe 10 people in the restaurant on a Friday night ( Jan 5, 2024) and then we get home and the Mediterranean sandwich had barely any hummus and was mostly cucumbers. The Pepperoni melt was just sad and so little on it.
Terrible customer service. Everyone working here has a bad attitude and acts inconvenienced when you try to order. It is also very very slow service. Panera has as a brand has fallen significantly over the years. Fire everyone and start over.
I’m done with Panera, especially this location.
Love panera, but this one is so poorly run.
