Panera Bread

Hands down one of the NASTIET and least sanitary food establishments I have ever been to. It was 10:30am; the floor was strewn with trash, the tables were covered in leftover food and crumbs, and when I went to use the bathroom the only thing I could do was wash my hands and leave without actually ‘going’. Ancient feces lining the commodes, dusty shards of paper towels sitting around that hadn’t seen a cloth in decades, and the pervading odor of fish that just suggests typhoid. Avoid at all costs.

This location needs to close. The customer service is atrocious

We tried reaching out to management about the issues and were hung up on multiple times. We waited over thirty minutes for an online order AFTER we received a message from Panera that the order was ready. Several items were out of stock and no compensation was made for items missing from the order even though the replacement item received was lower in cost. Overall, this was a failed attempt by this Panera to provide positive customer experience and due to this terrible experience, we will be patronizing other options in the area.

Used the drive thru but the broccoli soup was amazing!

The drive through holds consumers hostage. They need to remove the concrete barrier outlining the drive thru. It's super slow service and you can't leave if you change your mind due to being pressed for time. You're just stuck! Geesh!

Absolutely love and recommend the soup or Mac and cheese on a cool winter day!!

My sandwich was missing several ingredients including double chicken and my daughter found hair in her food. This is the second time my order has been incorrect. We will not be returning to this location
