Panera Bread

I planned on getting lunch at Panera in Grossmont today but upon walking in I witnessed an employee treating a customer or driver trying to pick up an order very badly. The customer told the employee to calm down and relax and the employee continued to yell and make everyone around uncomfortable, i walked out after witnessing this and I think something needs to be done to discipline that employee, awful customer service and makes your establishment look very very bad!

Service is slow and awful for a place that has supposedly automated so much. Messes up orders half the time. Be better.

They didn't make my order right. I wanted them to add a couple of vegetables in my sandwich but all I got was meat and cheese. The people (teenagers) that work there don't pay attention to detail and goof around a lot. It was not even busy, but it took them over 30 minutes to finish 1 sandwich. Not going back there again.

The workers really need a better management because most of the time they are gathering and talking about personal issues instead of caring about customers.

Parking: Two ways to enter either directly from parking lot or park in structure closest to Target and short walk in. Kid-friendliness: Some menu items of interest to kids (like macaroni and cheese) and they also have a large selection of sweet treats/baked goods that would be of high interest to kids.

Paneras getting ridiculous is just spent 15.00 dollars on what was essentially a side salad with some near frozen chicken, 10 on a very small smooth with no straw, and 8.92 on a one cup of soup... 100% not worth it.

All good things here clean everyone seemed in good spirits good is always good

Made the mistake of visiting this location. I made a comment about how stupid " emission % " was on food items. Man behind the counter said he was the general manager and threw me out of the store. He seemed to be embarrassed or upset that I didn't agree. With his beliefs

Just waited 20 minutes for a $7 Dixie cup “parfait”
