I completely understand your frustration. Good old-fashioned customer service used to be characterized by kindness, respect, and personalized attention. Let’s revisit some classic methods that still hold true today.I only wanted to substitute a cookie for the chips.I didn't want chips or an apple(allergic to apples)
Easy to quickly grab lunch.
Great location however they leave you sitting at the drive thru longer than 5 minutes without saying a word. Even if you drive to the window they look at you and keep working. No acknowledgment. I’d rather drive further out than deal with this poor customer service
More or less has to do with the parking lot and how disgusting it is. I don't think anyone has picked up trash in that parking lot in three months
Thanks to Jamil and Kyla for their great service in correcting a misunderstanding.
I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt at the drive-thru but it wasn't until I got home I discovered they had given me soup and a small baguette. Mistakes happen, I called, and they immediately knew because the car behind me was supposed to get the soup. They took a note and said they would make it right. I live some distance away and don't get over there often, but did this morning and got the sandwich I had ordered previously so they made it right, I'm glad they did. That sandwich is not on the list of items I would recommend here, but I would despite the fact it's a $12 sandwich. It's all I get.
