Management is highly unprofessional. As I was ordering today an employee passed out and was unresponsive, one manager immediately helped her whilst telling the other manager Casy to call security, Casy proceeds to say “What is security going to do”. Instead of being insensitive, she should’ve called security, ambulance, whomever. Very poor management, will not be coming back.

Got food poisoning from soup and mac combo. I won't come back here for a while

The food is good, but crazy expensive. They covered the outlets, a surprising choice for a cafe.

So I walked into this establishment to get some food, as soon as I walked through the doors the worker by the name of Cynthia said "are you going to order" which I said yes, thought this was an odd question since I had just walked through the doors at 6pm. I asked what time they close and she said 8. I realized after thinking about it that walking in with my backpack and bag with my ice skates since I was ice skating next door that the workers looked at me and thought I was homeless....or "housing alternative" as some learning farther left may refer to it. And I thought D@mn that was harsh do I look homeless? I had clean clothes and decent shoes and just showered this morning. But still think I was profiled since I had walked in with a backpack. While I sat to order on the app with my phone the lady who asked me if I was going to order was keeping an eye on me until the order was placed. I couldn't help but notice while I was waiting on my food that this place really was looking quite poor, thought I would share pictures of the dirty drink area that had tons of liquid that had not been cleaned. Looks like cleaning was not a priority in general when I used the restroom. Also hand notes of areas being closed made the place look rather derelict. Perhaps I am being a little judgemental, however I think one tends to feel that way when they are being questioned of their validity as a consumer in this capitalistic distopia where your worth is clearly valued by "are you ordering?"

Panera Bread costs too much, and the quality is not there anymore. It's time to close this chain.

Very dissapointed overall we ordered in and recieved everything in a bag. Then we were missing items. There were no bread bowls or bread as sides. The french onion soup was just beef broth with onions in it no flavor. The broccoli cheese soup was good and the sandwiches were ok as well

Order took 30 mins as they were short staffed which I understood. But then was very disappointed with the salad after waiting the 30 mins
