Cash ONLY. We’ve came in the evenings and it’s cash only. The staff is VERY rude. We went through the drive thru and it took 15 minutes for ONE sandwich!!!
The sandwich was okay. I really wish I could go into a Panera and their restroom be clean and stocked with paper towels. With the way they rely on touch screen ordering, it would be real customer focused if they would set out hand sanitizer.

Came in for bagel and black coffee and had to wait 40 min. Asked an employee for the things I bought and was just ignored.
Bought a loaf of bread. The manager told the girl at register not to sell any other bread. Sliced my bread it came back smaller with sides missing. At $5.59 I want my bread as whole as I bought it. Arrogant person of color as manager, missing directing his own subordinates. I have bought bread at Panera for over 10 yrs and never experienced such rude and unprofessional juvenile behavior.
Thursday about 12:30PM pretty busy, noone behind the counter so used the self serve kiosk which taxed my patience a bit. Typical Panera menu and quality but the restaurant is more open and airy than most paneras.
