The service here is awful. 30 minutes waiting for a shake and a sandwich.

This place is horrible customer service. Waited for 20 minutes for some one to give me a freaking large cup of cold soda....as im part ot the sip program....the manager on the back taking care of the orders in the kitchen when no one is at the front....simple...i will never come back to this location....

Stop by for dinner one evening. We walked out before we could even order. We were told it was a 40 minute wait. Lady said they got slammed with online orders. Really? You don't have a system for serving in house customers? Feels like going to the restaurant isn't worth it anymore. I like getting away from home and enjoying some food. Well I at least enjoyed some nice food from the competition.

This was for a soft drink at the rapid pickup. Really fast, no wait way to get a non-alcoholic drink and fill ot yourself.

The food is typically pretty good I recommend the blueberry scone it is super good. One time though, I had went to Panera's for breakfast and I ordered a orange scone since they are so delicious and tangy. Once it arrived I was so excited. I took a generous bite and something was clearly off. It was not sweet at all and quite salty. Then I realized they used SALT rather than sugar. Horrible waste of money considering how much it costs. A meal for one person is 20+ if you were to get a main dish and dessert.

I don't understand how they consistently run out of coffee. All 4 are usually empty it's nuts. Workers are nice though which half makes up for it but c'mon

I have always come here everyday, I am even a sip club member. One of the managers knows me and my family very well and are super kind. All of the workers are amazing except one, who says he is also a manager. I have never had a problem with coming in during the “no high school students hours” but today I did. I have never been treated so poorly here other than today despite not being one of those kids. I was even just here with my mother and had no issues. I am even dining in today and was told to “wait outside”. I’ve never had this issue before and have never been more disrespected and hurt at my favorite place in the world. This might sound petty but that is the only reason I’m leaving this review, I don’t even feel welcome here anymore. I bet I’m even one of there number one customers seeing as I order from here numerous times per week, literally have never had this happen before.
