Usually a good spot for coffee and a sandwich or pastry.

One of the best paneras in the area! One of the best eateries in Greenfield. The manager and assistant manager were so attentive and kind. Everything was clean. The quality and value of our food was amazing! I will be back every time!

Seems like a very nice clean Panera. Staff was friendly, and the drinks were of consistent quality. Would be an excellent place to stop, or work in if able. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Appeared ADA compliant

We had the best dinner tonight at this panera bread. Our last visit to another panera bread was fair but our food and service was absolutely excellent here tonight. McKenzie greeted us and took our order. She was very knowledgeable with the menu. When she wasn't taking orders she was cleaning. Every panera should have a staff like this. The beautiful and clean atmosphere was another thing that made our dinner right. Thank you!

Wonderful food. A little pricey but really tasty. Almond chicken sandwich is the bomb !

Food was great, but the service was slow with the staff stopping their food prep to talk to each other frequently. Perhaps because I didn’t tip this time? …. But it wasn’t any better two weeks ago when I did tip for take-out food!

Imagine being such a garbage company that you implement self-serve kiosks so everyone has to create their own order.... And then it aggressively asks you to tip yourself for creating the order.... But there's no button for no tip, so you have to go to custom tip. And when you go to custom tip, the check mark is grayed out until you input a number and then it works just fine magically. If you do this or support this you're trash.
