Service was slow due to a clear lack of staffing.

Consistently get the order wrong. Not clean for dinein. Needs a serious audit.

This location has been through some ups and downs. When it was bad, I had some of the worst food and services I've ever had. I've gotten untoasted Chicken Frontega where chunks of cheese were solid and cold, very watery chicken wild rice soup without much substance inside, and a couple employees looking like they didn't want to be there. That said, they have finally been good consistently in recent months. The last 4-5 times I visited were all great. Hot food and friendly staff members. Keep it up!

I love breadbowls, but lately thier's have smelled strongly of playdough. You wont notice much of a taste difference but this usually means the flour or starter has gone rancid and can be harmful if eaten consistently this used to be one of my favorite places to get food but now seeing the reviews dating back years across multiple locations has me convinced this is a corporate management issue and that I'll be safer looking elsewhere

I've gone into this location a few times in the past few weeks, usually around 7:30 am. Each time I tried to go to the register to order. I stand at the registers, sometimes have an employee look at me but continue with what they're doing. So I order at the kiosk then have to feel like an idiot speeding to the counter asking them to not cut my bagel. This is because every time I order bagels through the kiosks, even though I tell them to not cut the bagels in the app, they do it anyway. This results most of the time in an ultra thin slice being taken from one side of the bagel. Sometimes I'm too late getting over there, which means I have to ask them to give me unsliced ones. This is not specific to this location. Don't get me started on the Worthington mall location...

Everything was top notch! The soufflé was twice the size of the other stores I have been to in Dayton. Great job!!
