Not the place for a decaffeinated latte. It took 20 mins for them to ask me if I want them to bring the decaffeinated coffee machine for me to serve my coffee with cold milk. Coffee and service poor.

This is the WORST Panera ever! Service SUCKS, food quality way below par. Tried it twice a few weeks apart and I’m giving up. Will not go here again ever.

im so sad i’ve been wanting panera all week and they messed up my order did not get my broccoli cheddar i am highly disappointed i hate this location i hope they all get poisoned by broccoli cheddar soup
