Panera Bread

Order messed up. Dirty and sticky counters near the drinks. Out of napkins, lids, and creamer. Overflowing trash cans. 2 visit within a week at different times, and things were still not clean and orderly. The staff were kind and courteous.

Expensive mediocre food.

it's a national chain, food is OK. nothing special or local about it.

My friend and I went to Panera Bread on March 3rd. My soup was cold and I was told “there is a microwave in the corner”. My friends bagel came straight out of the fridge and was not toasted or warm. I was very shocked for over $20 that I had to microwave my own food. My friend and I agreed we will not be coming back.

About 4 weeks ago I ordered their Green Goddess Caprice melt which requires finishing after the air convection oven. A woman was walking her elderly mom to the restroom just after my order came out of the oven. It just needed finishing I turned around it was suddenly ready. First thought through my mind is it didn't get the arugula and green goddess dressing. But is was the manger short bald fatter dood. Naw, he finished it real quick. Got back to my desk and it wasn't finished. I was very disappointed to pay so much for a sandwich that was rushed out the door. So let's add the experience this week. I ordered the green goddess salad and was really craving some Avocado and got back to my desk and no Avocado. I was so ready to say what has happened to Panera's quality well perhaps it hasn't been their all along. Parking: n/a

We got a gift certificate from my kids school for a free kids meal at Panera with the purchase of an adult meal. Spend $15 on a mediocre sandwich and the kids grilled cheese is atrocious.

This Panera has gone downhill. In my warm bowl I found disgusting black and slimy lettuce. The "flatbread pizza" cannot be called pizza. Especially for $13! The pizza sauce tasted like red pepper and tomato puree, without any pizza or Italian seasoning. The crust was tough. Less than half of it had sauce and cheese (see photo). For $9 they make a tiny sandwich that's smaller than your fist. They were sold out of so many things by 5pm. It was very disappointing.

Panera Bread is always a great place to eat. However, this location was out of the Tikka Masala which I was very upset about. In addition, this location needs more outlets for those doing work on their laptops. I had to wait 20 minutes for a spot to open up on top of them being out of the Tikka Masala. Hopefully future visits improve but as of right now I am not pleased.

Beware! Today I met a friend at this location and my friend noticed that when she got her hot drink from the espresso bar that her cup was only filled up halfway. Ten minutes later, I went to pick up my latte and mine was only half full as well. When you spend $6 on a drink you expect it to be a full cup! Do better, Panera! I will not return.
