Panera has gone down, there service, the quality of their food, and the cleanliness of their restaurant.

It took 10 minutes to get my order taken with only 2 people on front of me. The worker struggled with using the register and the asst manager was visibly annoyed to have to come over and help him. It took 21 minutes for a Mac and cheese kids meal, then they were out of baguettes. I could’ve made Mac and cheese from scratch in less time. This place needs some serious work at customer service and prompt service.
