Panera Bread

Alara needs fired. Horrible customer service. I told her manager and he did nothing

I order Bagels but the texture of bread is not qualify for my taste. After 2 days left the bread was like a rock. Never buy Bagels here anymore...

We've had our order wrong there 7/7 times. They always forget something like bread, your salad, today it was the meat in the sandwhiches, wow, it's historically bad there. Amazing how they never fail to swing and miss.

The bread bowl had about three spoonfuls of soup. The cut literally the very top of the bread off and did not remove any filling. What a waste of money. Ordered a bowl of coup for my daughter and asked for the bread for the side they gave her chips. Thankfully I had enough bread from my bowl to go around.

The amount of meat on a double meat sandwich was disappointing and could not get anyone to address my issue at the time. I will not be going back to a Panera again.

Why are you guys out of BREAD

Had a great time taking my family to this location, we ordered a pizza and 2 "you pick two" selections. Everything came out quick and fresh. In particular my bread bowl lacked soup I had maybe 2-3 bites total. Decided to roll the dice and pull an oliver asking for more, after pleading my case the front desk representative Becca happily took care of my request with empathy. You don't get that type of service and understanding all the time so I will definitely be back. Thanks again guys!

Ordered the small Mac and cheese with broccoli for 7.99 I got 4 bites way over priced
