Go there with a friend at least three times a month .

The food was pretty good. However, the service was disappointing. Despite being nearly empty with nobody else in the ordering line, the lone employee opted to continue with food prep even though he saw and watched me stand in the line waiting to order. After 4 min, he was gracious enough to take off his gloves and stand at the register to ask what I wanted. Panera has good food but it's not worth service that isn't customer oriented. I'll find another place next time.

Their coffee tastes poor nearly 90% of the time. It's either cold, old, or just not good tasting.
