Panera Bread

Ordered through Uber eats and they took care of it but this is the third time my food has been so wrong and messed up ordered a asiago sausage egg and cheese bagel no sausage add cheddar I received only egg and no aioli on the sandwich

Wow! The quality sure has hit rock bottom in this place. Just ordered two breakfast sandwiches and whoever made them should be embarrassed... One half of a slice of bacon and small egg.... For the price it was a complete waste of money. I won't be wasting any more money at this place... I should have gone across the parking lot to the Bagel shop... It's much better than Panera.

The onion soup had good flavor but I was disappointed that it did not have enough onions and there was close to no cheese. Service was ok but I did notice one of the servers grabbing bread with her bare hands, no gloves and no use of tongs. The establishment was comfortable.

The food is fresh, delicious and the pastries. The service is good, friendly atmosphere. The sitting, tables and the place itself is clean. However, the people who take the food orders, handle the cakes, muffins and other pastries without any latex gloves on, or tongs nor any tissues paper and just throw them in a bag. Even after they handle the money with their hands. NOT SANITARY AT ALL. .

I love Panera but my past 2 visits to this location were not great. I had pick 2 and ordered cup of broccoli soup an FCC the chicken panini. The soup was barely 3/4 full and the sandwich was more of a vegetarian sandwich. I will just visit another location in the future

The soup was good and it was super empty today!! My favorite place to eat and chill. Also idk who Michael is but this one girl worker in the back just kept yelling his name like leave my dude alone!! #LeaveMichaelinPeace2024

Panera downtown Cape Coral was great! It was clean and the staff was so patient! We were all a bit tired and our brains weren’t on, but they helped us order our food and get exactly what we needed, all 7 of us! The food was yummy and well prepared. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was well cared for. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was kind to our kiddos and had a kids menu.
