Panera Bread

Considering, it’s a franchise, I’m not sure how the food is so much more bland and flavorless compared to other Panera. And the workers are the rudest I’ve seen of any Panera. They were literally laughing about winning as one worker yelled at and accosted a customer to the point that he and several others left the establishment. If you enjoy food that doesn’t taste great in an environment that is not customer friendly then you’ll enjoy this location.

It's a great convenient location, but was very busy when I stopped in. I didn't have enough time to wait so I had to leave. Previously I have had the coffee there and it was very good.

Beware! The customer service at this location is lacking. Please train your staff to at least say hello.

Last time I did pick up here it went fine, but today when I went to pick up my order, even though I got a text message that my food was ready for pick up, it was not. About 20 minutes after that text was everything finally ready. I also asked them to not package it up since I would have to repackage it to carry, but alas they did not. Additionally, there were several workers behind the counter including someone that appeared to be acting as a manager, however they were ignoring me and all other customers queuing for various reasons. Don’t think I will be ordering catering from here again.

The workers are very lazy only 2 workers I seen moving and being respectful and kind to customers was the girl in the back Hispanic long straight ponytail was very kind and working fast to pick up slack of other workers sitting in the front and talking, one of the managers in the front she was kind of telling the workers what to do and becoming flustered with how slow they were moving the people at cashier the two females were very unhelpful and when I asked a question it wasn't answered properly so I just figured it out on my own ,the food was delicious though!
