I had a great sándwich at this location. The Manager made the sandwich based on my request and it was tasty.

Love the drinks. Best agave lemonade ever

I’ve only ordered delivery from this location but majority of the time they ALWAYS FORGET AN ITEM AND NEVER CHECK CUSTOMER ORDER. If you’re okay with getting some of your order feel free to request delivery from here.

I love Panera and coming here as a quick snack or something to eat especially since it’s right by my house. But the one thing I absolutely HATE about this location is the fact that there’s always only one person at the register when there could be a total of 3 -4 people. The line would be all the way to the door and only one person is always at the register. This is so inconvenient, unacceptable and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All I ordered was soup and I waited 20 minutes after they texted me my order was ready. I would have waited if the red haired server was kind. She didn't even try to see what was going on with my order. When I asked the manager for a refund she told me she could get the soup in 2 minutes but my refund would take 5. NO THANK YOU! Customer service is everything. I'll wait for my refund. I'll spend my money elsewhere! Never again will I come here.

First and last time trying panera bread. I asked for MO to Tomato’s and they added tomato’s. Simply READ. Good thing I wasn’t allergic because it would’ve been a waste of money. They soup came from a bag and the stale, non wrapped bread that was probably touched with their hands and then placed into the bag. This can be made at home and taste way better

1/7/2024 I was there around 8:30pm. Closing team was so professional, respectful, nice, caring! so many words I want to use I am just in awe ! My first time here & I will be coming back. Bakery goods were warm and soft and so good Thank you so so much for welcoming me even though it was close to closing hours. My babygirl & I appreciate you guys so so much!!! What a beautiful start to my new year
