Visited on Saturday afternoon. Bought 3 pastries, 2 drinks for over $20 + tip. This was the last time I tip at Panera and definitely last time visiting this location. We filled our own drinks, had to microwave our own pastry to warm it up, there were many tables available but all filthy with food scraps all over the floor. I had to look for napkins all over the restaurant (they were not restocked) to clean up our own table and seats so we could sit down. In 30 minutes no employee showed up to wipe and clean other filthy tables but I saw other guests having to wipe their own tables to be able to sit. It wasn't even busy, more than 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. Bathroom was a complete disaster - empty paper towel dispenser was barely hanging on one screw and the floor was covered with trash. Vents on the ceiling covered with thick and fluffy layer of black dust. What do I tip for if I have to do all the labor?
Bread was extremely dry, had to drink with every bite. Whereas Paneras bread is usually pretty fresh. If I didn’t know better I would say it was day old bread. Girlfriend got a salad and it appeared to be diseased. Would recommend driving 15 minutes out of the way to go to the Panera Valrico. Only giving 2 stars because staff was very nice and efficient. *Also there was black mold all over the Celling and air vents*
I just got food poisoning from the tomato soup… do with that what you will.
The cashier was great and the service was very great. Had the COVID and need some soup. I ordered online and it was quick and fast. Because I was just not feeling it.
