Very rude Manager named Ryan who fails to supervise food prep. All day on phone goofing off. The place is filthy and tables not cleaned. Ive been to many Panera in the Tri County and this is the worst experience I have encountered
I would like to give a shout out to a young man by the name of Matthew. This young man is the exception to the word young and extremely mature. This young man took a step back and played a joke on my daughter when I requested him to do so and that made my day. I hope that you are blessed and every way , I hope you go for the goal and become manager one day you deserve it!
I moved down to Boynton and always liked Panera but two employees that were so rude and have no customers service experience he actually just threw my food on the plate and acted if I was putting them out of their way or bothering him. I asked to speak to some one else named Sammy was so unprofessional by speaking down to his employees it was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life i will never eat at that Panera again in fact I think I should call code enforcement because of the disgusting atmosphere that I experienced. Two of the other females employees acted if I was putting them out of their way ( on their cellphones) in stead of helping customers and would not give me any information about who I needed to escalate this too.The store was filthy and disgusting I will never step foot in a Panera again. This was this weekend
Love the dark roast coffee.
I like their soups, although I feel they're overly priced. The last time I got the you pick two, and the tuna sandwich literally was spread on like butter. It was literally a tiny slab of tuna, and that was it. It was pretty disappointing because I was staving, lol. Other than that they always have your order ready and on time with bread that is fairly decent. Parking: Free parking in a regular parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Why not Wheelchair accessibility: Yep
