Panera Bread

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My mom and her friend were dining here Saturday afternoon and the umbrellas at the tables outside were not secured properly. The umbrella came out and hit my mom in the head she now has FOUR staples in her head and a concussion!!! The manager didnt care at all. Didn’t offer her anything and was completely rude to my mother.. acted as if this situation was an inconvenience to her? Then at the end, said “don’t worry we’ll take care of mess” ???? PANERA GET READY FOR A LAWSUIT!!!

The mac and cheese was ice cold. The people working were rude. They also made their chip bags smaller and baguettes. The sandwich barely had any meat on it, for $12 for half a sandwich and mac and cheese I would expect it to at least be warm. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered two salads, both with chicken and GOT two salads with NO chicken! And NO bread!

I stopped in for lunch during school break this week. The place had long lines and only one cashier so I left and came back after the rush. Got Mac and cheese in a bread bowl and a half Caesar salad with a small drink...over $20. Tasty but both Mac and salad were too salty. Had not been here in a few years and sorry, but won't be back. Way too expensive for the serving size and just not worth the price.

Portions were disappointing, and they missed my salad customization request.

I dont know what it is, but this locations food is SOO much better than all other locations I have tried. I go out of my way to go to this Panera.

This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms always smell like urine, the carpets are ripping and stained, and the drink station has bugs. They don’t even have kiosks and the staff was seemed like doing their job was my problem. I had to tell them to put chicken on my salad

Soda fountain always an issue. Nice, accommodating staff. It was a late visit, but the items available were flavorful.
