Last two times we've been here and walked up to the door, the employees watch you knowing that they should be open and they are not. Its after 10am. Its 10:30 and it says open at 9. Makes no sense.
I went in with my two grandsons...they were about finished eating before ai got my plate...their excuse was they were still cooking chicken and green beans..so 15 to 20 minutes for by and they did not offer me to change my choice. Very disappointed with the staff. Plus we were in a hurry that day. How hard is it to say " we're out of thst would you like to choose something else or wait?"
Really great job my card wasn't working and they were incredibly patient
I have always enjoyed Panda Express and found them really good if you keep in mind what they are an Americanized Fast Food place. However, The last two times I have noticed that it appears their portion sizes have been reduced. I ordered the bigger plate and the two entree's in the main box was very small and the extra container for the third entrée I'm feel even more certain it is smaller than it has been recently. If they feel the need to reduce portion sizes then informing the customer or even charging a bit more would have been nice. But to try to slip it in under the table as it appears to me is just underhanded and sneaky. Now all of this is my opinion only not saying this is fact but it is enough for me to no longer give them my business. Food was still good, service nice and polite and speed was more than acceptable.
I normally am a big fan of Panda Express, but this location disappoints me consistently. I have been here many times and can count on one hand the number of times they haven’t been out of a food item I want. And I almost exclusively order their STAPLE foods: teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and white rice. How do you run out of white rice in the middle of the day? You’re better off trying to go to the Panda Express on UA campus, where the employees are kind to everyone who comes in and give you a great amount of food
