Panda Express

I love the Panda Express at the Poway Rd location! No matter how crowded they are (peak dining times), their staff always has it together and serves customer orders fluidly and at a quick and efficient pace. Their cooks so a great job preparing every menu item and keeping the trays of food full. Excellent teamwork!

Do better. Not ready on time and I swear I watched a dude grab 3 bags of food at 3 different times that were likely not his from the pick up shelf. Place is packed workers are spread thin. Do better. This review is for management not the staff. Seriously, 20 minutes later, still waiting, you need to organize this restaurant better.

I met my wife here (we were car shopping a few blocks away and she got hungry so she left me at the car dealership). Since I'm always interested in posting information, I asked her about the service and the food. She told me the service was excellent and her order was ready quickly (I think that's probably because they have a lot of the food already prepared and ready to go). She also commented that the food was reasonably well prepared (even though some of it might have been sitting for a while). The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking.

On January 18, 2024 my $40 taken from my panda express gift card and was never refunded the money back called panda express restaurant poway and they said they couldn't do anything. Panda express poway isn't the best place to eat there manager doesn't even know how to give to a refund for the$ 40 that was taken from your panda gift card all the manager could say is there is nothing we can help you with.

Store was very busy when I went in and the staff handled it like pros amd I was out of there with my food in no more then 10 minutes.
