Good customer service

Decent location. The meat had a lot of gristle in it and the prices have gotten much higher. The quality does not feel the same. The fried rice was pretty good still. I would stop here if in a crunch but overall I don't find it nearly as good as it used to be.

The reason for the low stars from me is that I ordered my meal online because I know they are normally busy. I was already pretty close so I came inside and waited to the side until I saw them making my order. The order itself was simple, double orange chicken with a side of teriyaki chicken and fried rice. My issue is that, compared to the other location in SLW, this place acts like their food is running out or something. It is completely unreasonable for me to order a bigger plate and they give me the equivalent of a bowl worth of chicken. And I have pictures to prove it. Im in the car on the way home and i was just floored how light the container was. I will not go back to this location. I will stick to SLW.

Good food service could be faster

This By Far Is The Most Absolute WORST Panda Express In America. The General Manager Here Needs To Be Fired. I Asked For A Fresher Plate Because The One They Fixed Obviously Had Sat Out For A While. I Asked For Fresher Food An Got Charged For An Entire Whole Plate Of Food Again Instead Of Getting A Fresher Plate Of Food. After I Got My Food Not Only Was My Chow Mein Undercooked, But The Noodles Were Still Crunchy. An My Chicken Wasn't Fully Cooked As Well. Not Only Did We Have To Wait 45mins To Get Our Food But To Top It All Off The Service Was Terrible. I'll Never Spend My Money At This Location Ever Again. The Owner Needs To Reconsider Who They Have Managing Their Store. Even The Employees Knew That She Wasn't Following Policies. The Crew Was Amazing Hats Off To Them But That General Manager should Be Arrested. She Refused To Give Me A Refund. So I Spent $31 On Some Disgusting Food. I Was Better Off Eating Dog Food. The General Manager Was Very Rude And Unprofessional. She Clearly Has No Clue About Running A Business Or Dealing In Customer Service.

The employee who was serving on Sunday on 01/14/23 was rude and disrespectful. It's important to train the staff to make be at panda express a great experience.

We went late but the food was good. There was a nasty smell like they were mopping with old water. They were out of sweet & sour sauce!
