Panda Express

You can always count on the panda. Good for fast food and quick service.

I always purchase food to go at this location. I get great service and the food is good. It always is clean in the dining area and is usually pretty full of people. I have been stopping here for several years.

This place used to be good but I have noticed more Panda Express locations changing the orange chicken thinking people are not going to notice that 90% of it is small crusty breaded chunks that actually have no chicken. I literally had 4-5 actual peices of real chicken

This particular location RARELY has vegetables ready. I am here at least 3 times a week and have to wait every single time for the to make them.

So, picture this: I'm strolling into the Panda Express, ready for some chow mein & orange chicken action, and I'm feeling all cool, calm, and collected. But hold onto your chopsticks, 'cause this is where things get weird! I'm at the counter, just about to drop some plastic for my meal, and what does the cashier do? He pulls a paparazzi move and sneakily snaps a pic of my credit card! I mean, he went full selfie with my Visa card when I was gazing at the menu. Fast forward to the end of the day, and my phone rings like crazy. Ding-ding! Lo and behold, a notification telling me my card's been on a joyride to Tempe for a meal extravaganza. I'm not talking about me and my card booking a vacay to a food festival – someone's using my digits to munch on some noodles. Can you believe the nerve? So, being the responsible customer I am, I do the whole reporting deal – manager, headquarters, phone calls the whole shebang. But guess what? Radio silence! Not a peep, not a "Hey, sorry for the credit card caper." Zilch. It's like they've vanished into thin air, leaving me and my credit card mystery to fend for ourselves. Let me tell you, this ain't the way customer service should roll. It's like they've taken a page from the "How NOT to Treat Customers" handbook. I mean, seriously, if your company's dealing with credit card capers, you'd think they'd be all ears, right? But nah, they're in the wind, leaving me to decipher the noodle-nabber's grand plan. So, folks, if you're thinking of hitting up that Panda Express joint, take my advice – go in with your guard up and your credit card under lock and key, ‘cause when it comes to caring, Panda Express is in vacation mode!

I eat a meal, then I need to use the bathroom, key is required which which guy gives me. Two mins later I have a female employee banging on the men's door with something metal like a SWAT team serving a warrant. If the door is locked and you don't see the key at the front maybe ask your coworker, or maybe give it 5 mins. Or if you feel the need to knock, knock like a normal human being. I don't really know what her issue is, hopefully just bad training.

I had an amazing experience here. I wanted to personally recognize Jenny for her outstanding customer service and hospitality. I will definitely be back to this location.
