This place is always out of something. They have started skimping on servings as well. You'll get something with chicken and veggies and there will be like a few pieces of chicken and a bunch of veggies.
This place needs to slow down and pay attention to order details. They always forget the Teriyaki sause when I order online. And this isn't their first time either it was the THIRD.
Worse comtomer service ever . If I new her name I would call her out! They did not complete my order and she acted as if it was my fault and hung up on me and I called back 3 times and would not answer my call. I think 60 bucks every 2 weeks was sufficient enough the answer the call ... I will never order from nine mile store ever again!
The way that he treated my boss and good friend Jimmy Lloyd was absolutely unacceptable!! TYLER the manager on duty completely kicked them out told them they could leave after accusing him of stealing a drink. Jimmy and his family fully paid for the meal and LITERALLY got the worst service I have EVER seen. I'll tell you like this if somebody doesnt do something about this then that establishment will have more problems then a little bit !!! If it was me I literally would have given those managers a reason to put me out given that type of POOR service. And bc of that I will never go back there again. The managers came outside and was laughing about how they put Jimmy and family out the kids were there and food was paid for this is UNACCEPTABLE and it's imperative that someone contact Jimmy and have this situation rectified he also stood behind his daughter and basically threatened her and told her she needed to hurry up and get out after she was already packing up to leave with her kids. This is so wrong and honestly it just couldn't have been me!
Parking: Plenty of room to park. Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair ramps in the chairs are more than white enough to get In-N-Out.

Tyler and Jael took great care of me when I placed an online order and misunderstood the online deal! It was my mistake but they went above and beyond to make my experience memorable!
Service is a -1000 Literally every time I come here to the nine mile location.. it’s always something. No white rice… no Sesame chicken, no this no that… now this. Why is the drive thru closed this time of day 430 pm. Not to mention the rude girl with the blonde tip dreads Donna She was so rude I just want a refund at this point because it’s getting ridiculous. Now the tall young guy he was nice he was very respectful. Give DONNA her walking papers ♀️she hate her job
