I just can't understand how the food is under the lamp and it's old and cold. I went in before they closed and paid 25 for 2 dinners to be sadly disappointed when I got home.
Ordered through the Panda Express app, order arrived and was missing 2 of 5 bags. We attempted to contact the driver but they didn't answer. We called the store and they were very rude and said all 5 bags were picked up and we needed to contact the delivery driver. We explained the situation and the store manager said there was nothing they could do. We asked for the general manager to contact us, they took our number but we never heard back from them. Had to initiate a chargeback with the bank as we have not had a resolution from the store. Will never do business with this store again. Avoid this store as they take no responsibility for what happens.
There is nothing like going in for some fried rice and getting a side of a yelling at me employee. Monique/Monic D yelled at me for no reason. I didn't hear/understand what she was saying to me when I walked in to place my small order. It was like I annoyed her by being there. She continued to yell at me for no reason. We all have bad days, but to yell at a customer is uncalled for. This whole experience gave me a headache. Husband said he experience the same problem less than a month ago. I am not a rude customer, but I felt very unwelcome.
Me & My Wife ate there on Christmas day. Food was excellent & service was top notch 4Sure..five stars
