Panda Express

Very unfortunate that this had to happen. Why is Panda advertising a bundle that includes large drink and employees won’t honor it. I was told I would have to pay extra for a large drink and if I got a panda crafted beverage when I purchased my plate bundle. Even the manager saw it and I still got a medium size drink. The explanation was that their computer did not allow a large drink. See receipt! We got 2 plate bundles and 2 medium size drinks. We were too hungry to go somewhere else so we stayed. Not recommending this location.

I ordered a plate from Uber eats and the portions were so small, I’ve never had such a sad plate before very disappointed

Karen (and Graciela) were so incredibly helpful with our catering order. Karen called to confirm and was so patient with me when there was a discrepancy she didn’t catch right away, so happy they called! And when I called an hour later to place more food in an emergency?? Graciela and Karen came to the rescue again! Less than an hour if I was able to come grab it myself. Amazing customer service all around. Thank you!

Terrible service, I had a Uber order and tried to reach them up, and they just ignored me instead of letting me know that it was closed. I suggest you fire all of them because is terrible thankyou and bye
