Panda Express

The worst place to get food from. Terrible service and terrible protein proportions. I ordered two bowls and got all of 10 price of meat. They got my order wrong so I come back and ask for my correct order and ain’t sht ready and I get all of again 5 pieces of meat. Don’t waste your time or money there. The staff was god awful and act like the food is coming out their check. The manager(he) was on his phone kekeing and acted like he wasn’t working and could see I was an upset customer. Honestly close this place down cause I waited 20 minutes for fast food 5 pieces of undercooked Chinese food. Honestly just got to hibachi express where the food is better and the service is better.

Lunchtime and out of many items

Food is ok. Servers are nice but two times in a row they have failed to get my order correct and I had to go back and request my missing items.

Food was great but the fortune never came true

The young lady that waited on me in the driver thru was not very pleasant. I was told to drive around to the front and they would bring it out. I ordered 1 bigger plate, a lg side of chow mein, 9 crab rangoons and 2 egg rolls. Nothing major or time consuming. I ordered at 1:22 and did not receive my mother and I's lunch until 1:43. I had been watching several others get their food whether it was dine in or drive thru for several minutes straight. I believe the only reason I got my order after 20 minutes is because I started to walk in and another lady met me at the door with it. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this is has become a common occurrence. I went from being a 3-4 a week customer to 1-2 times a month because of the experiences I've had at this particular location. Needless to say, I'll drive to another location if I want anything. It's pretty simple, if you do not like your job... find another one.

Every time we go there they mess up our order or they ring it up wrong. They dont wait until you get up to the register to confirm what we ordered. Tonight i ordered teriyaki chicken, orange chicken when I got home there was no sause for my teriyaki chicken!. Awful service! Tonight 3-24, we did an online order and told them to put the teriyaki sauce on my chicken and put some in our bag. They did neither. Poor service again. Today April 13th I was gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and come to your drive-through line again and after sitting there for 45 minutes we ordered our food specifically told the lady what we wanted and we get home and it's wrong yet again I called up there and the lady that I talk to on the phone said that unfortunately she couldn't fix our order but if I wanted to come backup there she would give me what I needed I live 15 minutes away I was not going to come backup there again. I definitely will not to be visiting this particular Panda Express again when they have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row that is very poor customer service! Next step is the corporate office. If I could give this place a zero I sure would. July 5th, we ordered our food online and went and got it, then we got it home, two little white worms come out of one of the bags, this has happened twice when we have ordered food from this place. We will never eat there again. Dont order online for a certain time...then go get it. When we got there, were told it wasnt ready. Then they took other peoples order who was standing in line, we waited 15 mins longer, and someone finally asked what we were waiting on, then still got it wrong. Sorry yall are out if chances to get it right. February 28, ordered online, order was supposed to be ready at 6:07, we didnt our food until 6:45! Then tried to inside to get it look before but the doors were locked and the little white girl was extremely rude on the phone. Gave them the benefit of the doubt to redeem themselves for online orders. Nope failed again. Terrible service. Employees dont speak english where you can understand them and didnt have anything cooked fresh. It was all old an dried out. 2-11-24 It is 7:20 and they are closed! Not supposed to close till 9:00 pm!

I went at off peak time (2:25 pm) I wanted a plate with the super greens and a couple of proteins. I was informed that they didn't have enough super greens and the only person who could make it was on break for another 15 minutes. I'm sure these people will get payed, but not with my money.

They open at 10:30a yet they never have any food read to serve. Sat in the drive thru for 15 min waiting on my food and the cashier to get her register ready. Terrible service and the employees were just standing around chatting the entire time.
