First Ever bad plate from Panda Express!! The employees need a comprehensive understanding of food handling. Mixed veggies covered with uncooked corn starch and under temp chicken teriyaki. You are going to make someone sick. Please give this attention. Panda has always been very good fast food! So sorry to see the poor food handling skills
