Panda Express

I spent $60 on two family meals. When I came to pick it up they said someone at grub hub already picked it up. I never got my food delivered and I set it as pick up. They did not verify online orders at pick up so my order got picked up by another person and I didn’t get reimburse. I talked to manager who said I had to call grub hub and all this and that but offered no help. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card. Need to work on customer service. I then had to pay again and only could afford one portion. They should verify orders with name first and last and order number and a signature. I didn’t but received a pick up confirmation.

Server was past rude

To much salt and preservatives but good once in a while!
