I enjoy Panda Express food, it's very good and tasty! Efficient service here..and also the App comes in handy for ordering online and special offers and rewards. Yum!
Hello today I was helped by the manager name Vincent when we saw there was a not no beef and broccoli he was still giving us the old food when I told him not to that I wanted something fresh now he made the food came back toward the old food on top of the new one and served us the same thing I told him I didn't want it and I told him he just took Wyatt looked at me he gave me the food he said I'm sorry to be honest with you I wanted to smack him but I kept my cool and walked away he shouldn't be whole title as a manager poor customer service..
The food we ordered online was ready when we arrived. The Chilly Shrimp and Kung Pao noodle bowls we ordered were nice, hot, and tasty. The taste consistency was just what we had expected. Nice job!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely horrible experience. I'll just say that I have been going here for years never had an issue. But all of a sudden when I speak highly of panda express this happens. I place a pick up order and arrive after the scheduled time for pick up only to be met by side ways glances. They had not even started the food that I ordered online. After an employee notified me about this I thought they would make the food; but they didn't. They kept on serving people in line until I was the only one in the store that hadn't been served. Essentially putting me at the end of the line. What horrible service! I already was delayed!!! Why delay me further??? Then they skimped on one of the entrees and instead of complaining I just asked for an additional entree of that meat. The employee told me to get back into line! Behind another costumer that came behind me!! What the heck?!?? Just serve me my entree please? After he took his sweet time he decided to again skimp the additional entree in the separate box! He didn't fill the extra box! I asked if he could at least fill the box and he shook his head! Worst customer service ever!!!! The employee Luke needs a demotion,re-education of Panda Express core values or permanent termination!!!! Will NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
