I went here and they barely gave me any food. normally I'm really full after but I was still hungry. ive never been to a panda express that cut the portion that much its ridiculous
Just letting higher ups know the manager (only one wearing black and no name tag for some reason) yells at her employees and then made three grub hub orders and a plate for the Jamba Juice worker, then left the line and delivered it to her friend at Jamba Juice before she could even tell me one second then she’ll help me. The cooks were working so hard and she was just barking at them. Unpleasant and stupid how you can’t do a small side. Please keep stealing money from students with your awful management and rules that don’t even exist<3 slay bestie

Let's be real, there is nothing "express" about this place. They're woefully understaffed, and those who do work here have absolute zero hustle when it comes to getting people through the line. Be ready to eat whatever they have on offer because they can't keep the food cooked and stocked to meet demand.
As a panda express frequent flyer I can say without a doubt the quality of this one has taken a nosedive this year and I can't really decide whether to blame ksu for raising costs over a dollar plus more per meal than comparable locations or whoever is managing this one for not training staff. It seems when ordering the three entree plate they cut back on everything you order in order to fit everything into the same container instead of using a seperate box for the third. Staff are polite but good God, have quality standards fallen this far along with prices rising? Eat here as a last resort, which it is, cause every single other restaurant in walking distance has jacked up prices just as much.
