Panda Irving gave us uncooked chow mein when I called same day AM Ally said she would replace orders we ordered 50 worth food. We had picked up the food during our lunch as we are working and were unable to come back same day to exhange food. Went today to get replacement order and Manager Donny said NO he will replace chow mein only. Who HELL eats Chow only. I had my receipt from the APP and I called before going to pick up order. They said they have it ready. Manager waited had my son call me after he got there to tell me this. He refused to replace our orders and was going to give us ONLY chow mein. Who eats Chow mein alone. This was not only thing wrong with the order. They shorted me half my shrimp and take it we ordered bowls so chow mein was most of each bowl. Our order was 3 bowls w chow mein and 3 plates w chow mein. He was replacing all of those bowls and 2 plates with only two large orders of chow mein. WE go to Panda every week for lunch. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Especially the amount of money we spend at Panda weekly and when an Assistant Manager already approved to replace the order. Also how do you serve uncooked food. Wow.
Getting pick up through the drive-thru is a terrible experience. After waiting about 10 minutes in the drive-thru line I was told my food was not ready so I should just go get back in the drive-thru line which was even longer than when I got in it the first time. That was annoying but then the staff was rude to me so I'm writing this review.
