theyre so slow and it took me 10 minutes in line while there was 1 perosn in front of me. I also had to wait another 10-20 minutes just to buy my food
amazing take-out food. one problem, they didn’t give me plastic utensils which led me to going to the mariott lobby nearby and using THEIR fine metal utensils to eat my chow mein and chicken. thankfully they did not kick me out of the lobby.
I came in on New Year’s Eve to pick up a food delivery order and the store doors were fully open. Upon waiting at the front a team member from 4 feet away from me called out loudly “MAAM WE ARE CLOSED.” I said “im here to pick up an Uber eats order. So can I still get that or?” And the same team member shouted that they were closed early and the order should have already been refunded. I said “that doesn’t refund my pay. Please turn off your app? Otherwise I’ll just keep getting called back here.” To which all four Latin team members and one heavyset white female manger either laughed at me or sneered. It was the most disrespect that I have ever experienced when picking up food. I will not be picking up food from this location again and I have filed a complaint against the store with the delivery app.
