I enjoy the food. So do others, considering this place is always busy with a line, and the employees always look like they are working hard. We appreciate you.

It was a busy night for Panda Express , Angie was powering through each order focused to try and get people’s food fast and efficiently. Rosie was great too and the rest of the crew. Rosie was so sweet!! There was only 4 people working, they definitely needed more help because we were in line for awhile but I couldn’t blame them. Great job :) I know most would be annoyed about how short Angie is but I totally understand when the line is that long and you have so much work to do!! There is room for improvement costumer service wise for sure though.

I understand we all need to work in a fast paced environment, but also remember you choose to work there so that being said.. food needs to be prepared properly and fresh, it looked dead… service was mediocre lackluster service.. atmosphere felt like I didn’t belong there almost 1800’s ish

ONLY COME HERE IF THE GENERAL MANAGER IS WORKING THAT DAY! You’ll only then get good service and good food. I have never left a bad remark for any place or restaurant as I understand life gets the best of us. But I had recently visited Panda Express and Angie, who served my boyfriend and I (multiple times on multiple occasions) was and is very rude and highly disrespectful. As she is always when she is working. She interrupted me multiple times when giving my order and repeatedly gave sarcasm. She under portions the food as if it is coming out of her paycheck. (Do not order a bowl if you do not want 3 pieces of chicken for full price). On top of that, she was yelling at the top of her lungs at the young man cooking the food. She kept yelling “you need to do it the way I want it done and I don’t care what you say. I don’t care. I don’t care. I don’t care!” The young man respectfully answered “I am doing it correct” and repeated the ingredients he put into the food she then said “oh ok well I don’t like your attitude….. so just get it done”.. all while I was getting my iced tea drinks. Rosy who works here is outstanding. Rosy is very kind and caring and made sure she gives her best everyday and every time we come in and she is there working. Rosy even apologized for the way Angie treated us. I have never had an issue with anyone working here except for Angie. After the last visit I will never eat here or purchase anything from her again, if I see Angie working/ serving I will walk out every time if I see her and go elsewhere. And to make things even “sweeter” after the bad experience with Angie, the food will taste just like the negative energy Angie provided. The photos are regarding the cream cheese ragoons that were SPOILED. It tasted as if it were cottage cheese and rancid. I instantly spit it out and opened the uneaten ones. This will get someone sick and in the hospital! I advised them of this and Angie had her little remarks and was busy yelling at the associates for whatever reason. So I did all I could do physically. If Panda gets sued legally for food safety and making someone ill (as I am ServSafe certified for many years) it’s most likely due to Angie not caring about anything or anyone as long as she thinks she’s doing a stand up job, and as you can clearly see that is NOT was cream cheese is supposed to look like. Avoid Angie and you’ll have good service. That’s is all. Thanks Panda.

I usually love the Orange Chicken, but this time, it was mushy. Noodles were not cooked enough either.

This is in 3/4/24,....I don't know the staff they have now is horrible specifically the girl serving the plates. She cut me off mid talking what I wanted and after I let her speak she STILL got my order all wrong. Now I'm home from traffic and kids...and eating what she probably wanted and I am stuck paying for it. I was trying to order two plates and she quickly shut my plate while I ordered next plate so I have NEVER had an error in my order before, until now and she said she already has the plate ready and I quickly ordered the sides up front to pay and they forgot to add extra meat and the portions are literally a spoon full, now. The portions have been bad before but not like this. I can't wait for the new one to open! Never again!
