Went to go pick up online order, the food was wrong. The manager ask for the food back at the drive thru.She handed me back the same food that was incorrect and opened. She insisted that that was the right order.I showed her exactly what the order was on phone. She walks away and doesn't address the issue. A new team went and looked up my name and got the correct order. The manager is RUDE & obviously needs to be retrained on properly handling issues. This is also a food and safety issue who hands back the same food that was open back to the customer. I'm assuming she thought I was trying to get free. How is it free when it's already paid for. The new team member did apologize and I appreciate it.The manager didn't say a word.
