I have twice ordered, specified, and called the store to make sure my food has soy sauce and chili packets, they never add it. It honestly ruins the meal not to have it.

This location always something wrong. Staff does their best to handle local franchise daily problems. Credit machine down. This location has no money change for cash buyers.
