I like the Panda Express in Westwood. The food is always Fresh. I get the children's meal.Plenty of food. Never order food delivery here I’ve tried half a dozen times to get condiments delivered, no sauces ever, can’t request it even. I did requested utensils under “additional request” and also in the menu it had an option to request it again. you can also add quantity so I added extra to Make sure I maybe get one fork at least? last time nothing so I wanted to make sure. It didn’t help. I got zero utensils, no dipping sauce for egg rolls or cheese ragoons…. Why would I not want it???? They never give any, they don’t care even though I have sent them emails. No fortune cookie either, they have a take it or leave it attitude. I’m finally done with it. New Year’s resolution is to not give them any more of my money. At this point I would be ignorant to keep letting it happen.

They closed 30 minutes prior to their posted closing date for no particular reason. The chow mein was very old and barely had any noodles in it at all

I purchased family meal when I got home I check all the boxes not full at all not even half way not happy at all why you guys can make honest money by giving honest service shame on you guys entire staff disappointed
