Panda Express

This location is the worst I have visited. Horrible customer service. The girls behind the counter are rude, can not communicate efficiently, and have a problem hiding their facial expressions. This location is overcrowded. The line was out the door, and serving sizes aren't average unless you speak spanish. I will go out of my way to visit a different location from now on.

Their food was great, like always. Very good customer service.

Super slow for a “Fast food” restaurant.. Staff from 7pm and up really don’t care about customer service. Kitchen is always struggling and take forever to have the food ready.. They give free drinks away thinking they can fix the problem with that. I love Panda but this location is terrible

I am very mad at the service we received today. First of all it's super hot and loud in there so it makes it difficult to order. My daughter had a cub free meal coupon from her school. So when it came to pay the lady Just said to put the coupon there and we saw a little dispenser to put coins with a slit so we assumed we should put it inside the container. Mind you it is loud in there and that's what we understood. What she meant was for us to scan it on the scanner. So once I told her it was inside the container she made a mad face and rolled her eyes. Obviously she was annoyed that we understood incorrectly but it was a simple solution. She grabbed the key for the container, opened it and took out the coupon, simple. But yet she made her face and rolled her eyes. I called the restaurant to speak to a supervisor and no one picked up the phone. I honestly will not go back to this location. I work in customer service and her behavior is unacceptable.

Hoy fuimos a comprar cena y estando en fila mi hijo me pidió que ocupará su lugar y me forme y la empleada no pregunto nada si no que atendió a las personas de atrás lo cual no me molestó porque no avía demasiada fila y tome otra orden. Después escuché que la orden de mi hijo estaba lista accedí a pagar la primera orden y le dije ala cajera que pagaría la otra órdenes también y me empieza a regañar como si fuera culpa de ordenar otra vez que no debería de salirme de la fila y le dije no es problema mio el que la empleada no me pregunté si quiero algo sino que pregunto alas de atrás y muy grosera como diciendo cállese y pague este es el precio es la segunda vez que se portan groseras
