The food is good and fresh. The bathrooms are clean and so is the staff. Vegetarian options: There’s not a lot of vegetarian dishes, but what they have is very good.
First, when I walked in, there was no one on the line to get orders started. There was one cook that was standing around and another girl who I made eye contact with just standing and talking to someone towards the back. I waited about 5 minutes until three girls came out and started taking my order. They were low or out of 3 of the entrees so I couldn’t order my favorite side. Finally got my order and paid. I look in the bag, there’s no utensils, no napkin, no sauces. Just the bowl I ordered and the receipt. When I opened my food, the portion was very small. I tried the orange chicken and it is absolutely bland, soggy, and stale. The cream cheese rangoons are stale. No sauce for the rangoons either. Great. I usually get panda once a week in California because the food and service is always so great. Not at this location. Never again.
On this day I got a meal to go. The gal who served me was very nice and patient while I looked over all the varied choices. Parking: Although the parking lot has many slots available, the space to back out is a bit small. I park a little away from the door and walk in because it is easier to maneuver my car.
I got there 1 hrs before they close and they totally ignored me on the drive-thru they look at me and ignored me they didn't even tell me we close
The food server brought the bill hen she brought my salad.
