Great service, and the food was great

Walked into this establishment on 11/8 at 8pm to pick up dinner for the family after work. The lady working behind the counter started out very short with an attitude asking what we would like . There was a new shrimp item (chili crispy shrimp) that got my attention but wasn't sure hiw it taste. Asked " could I try that item to the lady behind the counter.she then asked what other items I wanted . I clarified, I do not want it yet because I didn't have any idea how it taste. I was totally unaware that panda express has changed it's policy about trying a new dish. This is when mediocre customers service turned to very poor customer service. So then after letting her know that. She rudely said, it's spicy, very spicy. I politely said I like spicy. She didn't care, because then she stopped talking to me and spoke around me to my wife. That's when I asked her if she was the manager, she let me know she was the assistant manager, I asked her name, she said Silvia. I will be calling Corporate. We left and went to Spring valley and had a very pleasant experience.

This place hits home whenever in the need of a varied food selection that can be combined into a singular plate at a fair price. Might I say not even serving bad food at all. Pretty decent plus the Atmosphere feels alive and isn’t dirty. Service usually fast but can be slow at times with neutral workers Parking: Usually will be able to find a parking spot no less than 100 feet from location

It 12pm and the trays are empty . Bad management . Not organized at all

You guys need to update your hours. I was there at 7:50pm and the doors were locked. And the employees inside with their head down, not even too say we are closed early or anything.

Que gran diferecia entre este lugar y el de National City. La calidad de servicio y hasta la comida es mucho mejor. Bianca se portó muy amable. Way better food and service than National City location. Bianca was very kind to me and my family. Worth the longer drive.
