Panda Express

I ordered a delivery and it said it was delivered but never showed up. The driver also would not answer the phone. I had to call the company for a refund. They wasted my time and now I have to figure out a last-minute dinner. Love Panda Express, don’t love the delivery service.

I understand there are portions sizes given, but when it comes to ordering out, it seems like less care is given. I poured my order into an actual bowl to see the ratios , and there is a mass of rices but hardly any protein. Will not be ordering from this location, or maybe even Panda Express delivery anymore. I worked for a chain, and it’s not that hard to provide customer satisfaction; regardless of whether or not the customer can see what you’re serving to them.

Due to disability I am unable to get down from the vehicle currently. I tried calling several times to ask if they have a drive-thru. These useless people will not answer the phone.

Check your order before leaving.

Great experience honestly. I’ve never been a fan of eating out but the food is quite good. Vegetarian options: The super greens, rice and chow melon are the only substantial food options there. Otherwise there’s the veggie springrolls and cream cheese rangoons

Used the mobile app for the first time and it was seamless. My order was ready quickly. No issues. I ordered two dishes; kung Pao chicken with super greens and string beans chicken with chow main. Good portions and good quality.

I ordered half chow mein, half fried rice. Then Orange chicken, Walnut shrimp, & string bean Chicken plus an eggroll. The teriyaki sauce made the fried rice and eggroll so good!
