Fast Delivery,But So Grease food with no taste....

Food’s greasy, under seasoned, and comes messy. Ordered delivery and when I answered the door, the guy demanded a tip. I have just enough for my food and the delivery fee and nothing more, so when I tell him “I’m sorry, I don’t have any.” He walks away and rudely tells me “Don’t order delivery then if you have no tip.” The food is lackluster and the service is not even there. 1/10 and that’s generous.

First this establishment is named China Chef on its receipt not panda china. Second grease from my unopened combination fired rice dripped all onto my car seat. Greasey food and old tasting food
