Pancake Social

I came in with my family and ordered French toast and they got the order wrong then two people came and told me that my French toast was coming and it never came…. I never received it and when the bill came it was on the bill I’m like nah this should have been taken off will not be coming back to the establishment!

Very cool spot for breakfast or brunch. Food is basic but tasty! Would definitely come again.

The pancake and hot chicken bites were incredible. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Hello I went to this place today (02-29-24) the experience was HORRIBLE! to say the least! Pancakes were salty with no syrup, I had to ask for syrup!!!! I also had a bowl of grits, they were lumpy and cold which suggests they were old crazy thing is I ask the server why would the cook send this out to me and expect me to pay for it ? Because he wouldn't want it ( a guy with long dreds the cook that is) and this wad like 8:30 in the morning what a waste of my time and money!!!!!!

This place did not live up to its name or the hype. I don’t see how you can call yourself “Pancake Social” and can’t make proper pancakes. They were flat, tasteless and slightly burned. To add insult to injury, they serve the most watery excuse for syrup I’ve ever tasted. The service was trash, took forever and served us warm drinks. The price wasn’t horrible, but the food was, so it was $50 wasted. Steer clear if you have a choice.

So I used to be a frequent customer, who enjoys a good breakfast. My wife loves the lemon ricotta pancakes, and I enjoy the eggs and beignets. The food is usually a 5/5 and at one point it was my favorite place to eat. But then after a couple of lackluster service experiences, it dropped a few points, and I stopped coming and recommending it to people. But today for fun, while showing my mom around PCM, I decided to come back and see if it was as good as I remember, and not only was the food amazing, the quality of customer service vastly exceeded expectations. Our server was Lu. Lu was fast, helpful and provided a very welcoming atmosphere. My mother was very pleased with her food and impressed with the service. Glad to see Pancake Social stepping up it's customer service game. I will be returning.

We’ve been here many times and always get excellent service and food quality. However today, they had no silverware. They gave us plastic to eat with. And plastic cups for water glasses. With no explanation. That’s all it would take. Let your customers know what’s going on. Parking: This is the Ponce City Market location
