Panama Bay Coffee

I’m a reasonable person. I know when someone hates their job. Corrine our cashier clearly isn’t happy here. Perhaps some customer service training would do her some good. The coffee was okay.

It’s okay. It’s a Ferry Terminal coffee shop. The photos don’t match the coffee.

This is a nice little cafe right by the ferry dock. The staff here is friendly, and the food/drinks are good quality, the only downside is the Wifi doesn't always work which is cumbersome if you're here to do some work while you wait for the ferry or a nearby appointment. Loads of 3 hour parking in the nearby lot. I'd still come back for the food/drinks!

Asked what their single origin coffee was. Listed clearly on their menu, her response was "just another flavor".. asked about a few other coffee strains their menu list and she couldnt answer anything about any of them beyond theyre "different flavors"... coffee of the day ? "Idk i think medium"..... ..... really? I know its just coffee but the lack of knowledge and training is insane. Just take the other names off the menu and write coffee on the wall. Bc thats all they can say. How are you going to charge 6 bucks for a cup of coffee and the girl cant even tell me what kind of coffee it is...

Meh...

They made my blueberry smoothie just as I asked for it by making it with almond milk. It was delicious and the employees are friendly.

It's a nice place for litebites n coffee,n nice view;)
