I strolled into this place by accident as I was looking for a simple meal. I ordered the 3 dishes with rice for 16.75 and its was a hit and miss. The dish on the left was good, the right was ok and the middle was the least of my favourite. The only problem abt this place is that there is no menu. You have to verbally ask what the options that they have and the price. Overall its an ok place for a quick meal and price was decent.
Pampanga used to be our go-to place. Went there today for take out. Ordered Chicken Bbq, dinuguan, sisig. The sisig was great. The dinugan was 1/2 lard. The Chicken BBQ was salty and inedible. Hopefully only one time thing. The pricing is outrageous. $31 for their large takeout approx 3"x 6"x 2" container.
Sisig d best. Tunay na lasang pampanga.
I Would stay away from this restaurant. I made an order on their website and they screwed up the order even though the confirmation email was correct and asked me to reorder and repay with my credit card again. The manager Jay was uncooperative and very rude. I have also picked up orders from the store that were completely wrong. Stay away from this place. Once they have your money they don't care what you get.
Food is delicious. I always stop by when I’m craving home cooked meals. Best spot in town!
My family was in the mood for Filipino food and we headed toward Fraser to look for a Filipino restaurant. We stumbled across Pampanga's Best Cafeteria after checking out a few and it surely did not disappoint. We proceeded to order Beef Kaldereta, Kare-Kare, Laing, Lechon Kawali, and rice and ate family-style. They also served us a bowl each of free sinigang soup. We then had Turon and Karioka for dessert. All the dishes were delicious!!! Our Filipino food fixation was definitely satisfied. We also noticed that while we were eating there were many customers passing by to pickup food as well. Will surely come back for more.
The man behind the counter was friendly. You know it’s authentic Philippino food when you are the only non-Philippino! Lots on interesting dishes. The mochi on a stick that looks like potatoes is so good.
It was near closing time so there wasn't a lot of cooked dishes left. Bought caldereta and Lechon paksiw with white rice. Both dish were tasty but the caldereta was my favourite! It was flavorful and so delicious! The owners Noel and Melda were so sweet and friendly. They said weekends are when they make a lot of different dishes. I will definitely come back to try out more dishes. They also sell canned goods, snacks and other things. They're a small business so go support them. Vegetarian options: They sell fresh vegetable spring rolls and vegetable egg rolls, as well as noodle dishes
