Photos are edited and color graded, but nevertheless, the lounge is nice to relax and chill. I do think some open, natural, or bright lights can help shine some life into the lounge during lunch hours. The food, especially the English muffin in the Eggs Benedict, was hard/overcooked. I recommend checking that in the kitchen. It definitely wasn't easy or fresh to cut through using the cutlery provided. Something like a steak knife would have done a better job. Still edible, just need to be mindful of the consistency of how it is presented. Not just by looks displayed on the plate, but also the customer/client experience. The food was okay, but not Michelin-star quality or super high quality. However, the service, friendliness, and attentiveness from all the staff would be the highlight of the experience. I did enjoy my stay; however, it would not be my go-to first choice for food unfortunately on this occasion. Great atmosphere and ambiance for those who wish to relax, chat, chill, and do some quiet reading or work. For now, I think 4 stars seems reasonable; it was a good experience. There is room for improvement
