Palm Trail Grill

When my friend and I first found this place and we went, it was excellent food and great service. Then we went 2 times on a Monday and it went way downhill. My friend got a burnt lamb burger and I had burnt calamari. I didn't complain and just left it. They brought her back a new lamb burger, but this time the French fries were burned Another time we went we had some Hors D'oeuvres and they were not made well like the first time we had tried them. The waiter was great, but I The reason I'm upset and I decided to Write a review is because I called the Restaurant 2 times and left the message that I wanted to talk to the owner about the situation. This Restaurant is quite pricey and I didn't want to return my food the same time as my girlfriend did because I didn't want the waiter to get upset because he had nothing to do with it. But I thought about it and said I would like to talk to the owner because they really should have refunded me. It is not good business when owners don't call you back. He didn't care if we were good patrons or not. We came many times but we have since to go back because obviously he didn't care whether our food was good or bad and didn't have enough time to even call. Again, I'm not sure who the cook is on Monday but both of these happened on Mondays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vist. From the minute you walk in, the hostess is welcoming. The entire staff had a great vibe. Helpful, attentive but still calm in a way. The food was excellent. Fresh, very tasty with layers of flavor. Had the red sangria with prosecco. Frozen berries as the cubes was a great touch. We will most definitely be coming back.

Everything we ate was amazing 10/10 including the desserts (we ordered all of them) Vegetarian options: Vegetarian bolognese dish 10/10

Secind time here. Crabcake is outstanding!! Snapper Oregenato is very good. Fruendly staff and servers.

Fantastic.....food, service and atmosphere Reminded me of growing up in Delray The way you want to feel going out to dinner! And our waiter Ken was wonderful ❤️

Enjoyed the restaurant, larger place then I usually like and as we were 4 put a table of 6 might suggest next time to have some one put down the sides to make it a 4 top and easier to have conversations. Up side waiteperson was good and helpful, and plesent. Recommend

Been there several times. Great out of the way place. Best secret in Delray. Great service, staff, ambiance and most of all food.
