If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I've visited both in person and ordered cakes from here before. During my last visit, a family member ordered a triple-layered cake with mocha flavoring for my birthday. However, upon opening the box, we discovered that none of the three layers were mocha flavored. When we brought this to the attention of the staff the next day, they were incredibly disrespectful and denied any mistake, even when presented with pictures of the cakes and the original order slip. The staff member insisted that the cake was made correctly and even made derogatory comments about certain ethnicities. Eventually, the owner, Pontea, contacted us and, after a lengthy and unapologetic discussion, offered a $38 credit for our next purchase. We decided to use this credit to order another cake for my husband. However, when we arrived at the store, a worker initially refused to honor the credit or acknowledge any agreement. After speaking with the owner again, they reluctantly allowed us to place the order. Two hours later, we received a call from the owner, Pel, stating that unless our family member came to pick up the cake personally, they wouldn't honor the credit, which seemed completely unreasonable. Fed up with their disrespect and poor customer service, I called back and canceled the order, vowing never to patronize this establishment again. The staff and owner consistently demonstrated a lack of respect and understanding towards customers. I highly recommend they undergo customer service training, perhaps from Sweet Lily's Bakery in Laguna Hills, whose exceptional service and respect for customers set a high standard.

Wonderful dessert and helpful staff. Every time we are in the area, we try to stop by. We'll be nearby in California, which is why I had to say something.

I ordered and received the pecan pie and pumpkin pie for dessert on Thanksgiving. Each is not a pie, rather a tart. The pecan tart did not have much filling, the sweetness was not there. The pumpkin tart was very bland. Bought cookies for a gift, not sure if they liked them. Anyway, paid a lot of money for dessert and entire family disappointed.

Got about 10 different types of individual cookies and we liked 9 out of 10. I didn’t like the tenth one because of personal preference. They were all fresh and unique. I’d go again and buy the same ones and try different kinds that they had. Sorry no pictures because we ate them all.

If I can rate this place a 0 star I would we ordered a custom cake and got charged $25 extra we payed $100 for a brownie size cake not only that the $25 we're for a character picture owner promised us a good cake with all characters when we went to pick up cake there was no characters, the cake only said HB instead of happy birthday so disappointed we asked for refund and they denied giving refund until 2 days later that we went again never again ordering from this place it ruined my daughter's birthday party!!
