Worst lighting ever for breakfast. The lights are blinding and terrible for the morning. Latte also wasn't good. Food was ok.

Food good. Service pathetic. Manager on duty hostile and aggressive towards my wife and I totally ruined our " fine dining experience" .

Hostess greeted us very kindly. Enviroment was fun. I should have really listened to the reviews on here insteadbof Open Table. Had the Risotto starter which okay. Husband did enjoy his Seabass. Ordered the Wagyu Rib-Eye with foie butter which was absolutely terrible. No marbling in the Wagyu. Very lean cut of meat and super chewy. Foie butter tasted like bleu cheese. Let staff and manager know that there had to be a steak mix up and was told no mix up. Foie butter (white in appereance, never melted, texture/look of an unmelted pat of brie, tasted like bleu cheese which my spouse confirmed the bleu cheese as that is his favorite cheese) is supposed to taste like bleu cheese and Wagyu Rib-Eye is supposef to be lean because the chef confirms. On my plate, I ate the mushrooms which were tasty (I did let them know that) and 1/3 of the meat. I didn't even get the chance to try the potatoes as they immediatley whisked my plate/food away once I let them know the was not good. Once I let the waiter know my wagyu was not good, we were pretty much rushed out there. They took 20%off the bill but I didn't really care about that. I will pay for what I ordered and eat. However, I was not offered a replacement rib‐eye nor a substitution, nor did the chef come to the table to explain or apologize. Not a very high end experience as touted.

The previous reviews almost kept me from this venue, but I am beyond pleased my party ignored them and elected to dine here anyway. I cannot emphasize how pleasantly surprised I am at the level of cuisine I experienced when dining at Palace Arms. The atmosphere set the expectation when it came to what our dinner was going to be like. The environment is ornate, meticulously curated, and an amazing homage to Napoleon Bonaparte. As for food, we started with an incredible scallop appetizer paired with a delightful elote sauce. For dinner, my husband enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass. I myself had to sneak a bite, and it was a melt-in-your-mouth dish that was incredible. I had the wagyu ribeye, cooked to absolute perfection. I also cannot over-emphasize that the foraged mushroom are hands-down the best I have ever enjoyed. Our waiter, Michael, was an absolute joy and his passion for The Brown Palace came through in everything he did. I highly recommend Palace Arms for your dining at The Brown Palace. This was one of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever taken part in, and I am so excited to come back in the future.

Came in for a Sunday brunch and was surprised by the ambience and deco but disappointed in the food. Service is good though. Food is very bland and dried, plating isn’t good either.
